Jennifer Anne Ognibene, or Jenny O., is an singer-songwriter, originally from New York, who is now based in Los Angeles, California. Jenny O. started off touring in the US and Europe in 2013 opening for or Mexican-American psychedelic-folk musician, Sixto Rodriguez. She also joined Chuck Ragan‘s Revival Tour, performing alongside Ragan, Rocky Votolato, Dave Hause of The Loved Ones, and Tim McIlrath of Rise Against.

She released her debut album “Automechanic” on February 5, 2013 (Holy Trinity Records). It was produced by Jonathan Wilson in Echo Park, Los Angeles. The cool and easy-sounding recordings feature Jenny O., Wilson, James Gadson, Jake Blanton (of the American rock band The Killers), and Benji Lysaght.

She has performed her songs “Seashells” and “Automechanic” on Last Call with Carson Daly, and contributed a cover of the song “1941” to the compilation album, This Is The Town – A Tribute To Nilsson (Volume 1), released February 4, 2014 on Royal Potato Family. Jenny also recorded the song “Lucky” by singer-songwriter Kat Edmonson for a Coca-Cola commercial, which aired during the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.
